English: The apartment is tastefully & comfortably furnished and is located in the beautiful district Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept old Berlin building in the front building. Since the street is not very busy, it is not noisy even during the day with open windows. The spacious living room is bright and friendly and equipped with a large sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo, desk and dining table. A third person can also sleep on the large sofa. The bedroom for two persons has a balcony and faces the backyard, so it is quiet. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower and has a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking or breakfast. There is also a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. But of course you can smoke on the balcony. The car can be parked very close to the apartment (free public parking). German: Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll & gemütlich eingerichtet, befindet sich im 2. Stock eines gepflegten Berliner Altbaus im Vorderhaus. Ruhige Lage auch bei offenen Fenstern. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist hell und freundlich. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Balkon und zeigt zum Hinterhof. Das Bad ist mit einer Glasdusche ausgestattet und hat ein Fenster. Die Küche ist so ausgerüstet, dass man Kochen kann. Dort steht auch die Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Es kann aber natürlich auf dem Balkon geraucht werden. Das Auto kann sehr nahe zur Wohnung geparkt werden (kostenlose, öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten).
