On the first floor of our townhouse is the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, freezer), the guest toilet with small sink and window, living / dining room with 65 inch curved flatscreen TV ( INTERNET TV WORLDWIDE!), (bedroom) couch, dining room table with seating. From here you have direct access to the lovingly planted garden including BBQ, pergola and spacious seating area. On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed and two mattresses (2x 90x200) facing the garden, an office with single bed ( box spring bed ) and bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine and window. The 2nd floor consists of a room of about 40 square meters, the second bedroom with king-size box-spring bed, (bedroom) couch and two desks including chairs. The light-flooded room has large Velux windows and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Note: This TV currently does not offer cable reception and can only be used for DVD watching or TV streaming. In the entire accommodation you have of course good, free WLAN reception. Location: A very quiet family residential area. MMC Studios are 5 minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away by car and can also be reached in 12 minutes on foot. The nearest streetcar line (number 5) takes you to the main train station and Cologne's old town within 15 minutes without stopping. You walk 10 minutes to the stop. Public transport: The next streetcar line (number 5) will take you to the main train station and to Cologne's old town within 18 minutes without stopping. You can walk to the tram stop in 11 minutes. You are welcome to use the two parking spaces, which are exclusively for our guests, free of charge.
