English: We offer our lovely apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg due to a 2-years research stay abroad. Our apartment has 140 m2 (approximately 1500 sqft), one oversized open living/dining room (50 m2), and two spacious bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is lots of extra storage room, including a separate small extra room with washer and dryer. On top of that, we have a private backyard (another 150+ m2), with a terrace and garden-feeling. The apartment is fully furnished. Equipment for kids is available and schools in the area are great. We could also adjust the furniture to your personal needs. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Here you have the urban and nonchalant flair that make Berlin such a cool place, but still everything is green, kids-friendly and walkable. There is a park just across the street; you will have all types of restaurants, coffee places, bars, boutiques and street markets at walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are also close, and it is just a few steps to the U-Bahn (U7) and major Bus routes. We can adjust the furniture to your needs and help you with settling in. We have lived in Schöneberg for most our lifes, and just moved to Sweden, with our kids. So, we know the area very well, and we also know about all the difficulties that come with organizing a research stay (or any stay) abroad. German: Wir bieten unsere schöne Wohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg aufgrund eines 2-jährigen Forschungsaufenthaltes im Ausland an. Unsere Wohnung hat 140 m2, ein übergroßes offenes Wohn-/Esszimmer (50 m2) und zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, sowie 2 Bäder und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt viel zusätzlichen Stauraum, einschließlich eines separaten kleinen Extra-Raums mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen privaten Hinterhof (weitere 150+ m2) mit einer Terrasse und Garten-Feeling. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Ausrüstung für Kinder ist vorhanden und die Schulen in der Umgebung sind großartig. Wir können die Möbel auch an Ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und sicher. Hier hat man das urbane und lässige Flair, das Berlin so cool macht, aber trotzdem ist alles grün, kinderfreundlich und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein Park; alle Arten von Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Boutiquen und Straßenmärkten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte und Drogerien sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, und die U-Bahn (U7) und die wichtigsten Buslinien sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir können die Möbel auf Ihre Bedürfnisse abstimmen und Ihnen beim Einleben helfen. Wir haben fast unser ganzes Leben lang in Schöneberg gewohnt und sind mit unseren Kindern nach Schweden gezogen. Wir kennen die Gegend also sehr gut, und wir wissen auch um alle Schwierigkeiten, die mit der Organisation eines Forschungsaufenthalts (oder irgendeines Aufenthalts) im Ausland verbunden sind.
