This modern and individually furnished flat is located in Berlin's central district Mitte in the backyard of a quiet street. The luxurious flat is equipped with a kitchenette and a cosy sitting area. In the living room there is a TV with hi-fi system and a design work desk (fully equipped with several sockets, reading lamp, etc.). The two bedrooms have a wardrobe, one is equipped with a large double bed and the other one with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The flat has excellent public transport connections: the subway station Rosenthaler Platz is 250m away, as well as several tram lines. The tram line M8 goes directly to the main station in just 12 minutes. Very good shopping facilities are available. The flat faces the inner courtyard in a quiet street.
