While the district was still an industrial location in the 19th century, young and modern media companies have now taken over the old industrial buildings.There is now an interesting mix of different cultures that live proudly in this up-and-coming district - not far from the Cologne trade fair. In our building on the corner of Clevischer Ring / Seidenstraße, pure, original materials meet modern design.Wiener Platz stop (tram lines 4, 13, 18) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.Please note that a city tax of 5% applies to the apartments in Cologne Mülheim.
