Despite the central location, it is very silent and you can enjoy a beautiful open view from the living room and the balcony. The building is relatively new, providing great sound and temperature isolation. Neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. In the neighbourhood are all amenities, great transportation options and everything you need to enjoy Berlin. The fee includes all costs, rent, heating, internet, TV.
