The accommodation The 74 m² flat is located on the top floor of a residential building with a total of 4 floors that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright flat consists of a living/dining room with integrated kitchen, daylight bathroom and the bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that a total of 4 people can sleep comfortably. All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, . none of the rooms are so-called connecting rooms. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the flat has beautiful real wood parquet flooring. The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and much more.
