The following communal areas are also available: Living and dining area approx. 40sqm, approx. 20sqm eat-in kitchen with kitchen island, 1 guest WC on the ground floor, cellar for laundry, 1 larger bathroom with shower and bathtub (use of the bathroom on 14 days alone, as children are not there). Zusätzlich stehen folgende Gemeinschaftsflächen zur Verfügung: Wohn- und Essbereich ca. 40qm, ca. 20qm Wohnküche mit Kücheninsel, 1 Gäste WC im EG, Keller für Wäsche, 1 größeres Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne (Nutzung des Bades an 14 Tagen alleine, da Kinder nicht da)
