1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 42m² in Berlin

English: Looking for an reliable and super neat female tentant to rent my place longterm located in the area of Rathaus Schöneberg asap. Its a sunny, fully equipped home with all you need for your stay. 1,5 rooms, lushious views and friendly neighbourhood. Out of religious reasons I can’t have the consumption of pork at my place. Public, library, cafes, restaurants, bars, plenty of parks everything is in walking distance :-) This is a drugfree place and a plant lover must. This is a colorful flat, decoratively setted, every room gives a great vibe to enjoy, relax and feel well. The usage of the balcony is at the moment not recommended, cause of maintenance reasons outside, which didn't took place yet. However I still use it in a limited way, but I have to warn you. It's at your own risk. In any case, I need documents of Schufafree, 3 copies of last income and you need to have a Haftpflichtversicherung. If I have to cancel my trip out of extremely important reasons, than I would stay in my small bedroom and we would share the flat for that time or you would have the option of leaving. With the flatsharing there would be a fair decrease of the pricing. Unfortunatly, it is not allowed for you to sublet my place, but it is allowed to have guests stayover. Please, check the regulations for that, cause it is only allowed for a specific period. As I will be gone, I will be still in reach for your questions. Additionally, my parents live in the same building in the first floor as I wish you a great time in your new home in Berlin! German: Suche zuverlässige und super gepflegte weibliche Untermieterin, die so schnell wie möglich ihr vorübergehendes Zuhause im Bereich des Rathauses Schöneberg finden möchte. Es ist ein sonniges, voll ausgestattetes Zuhause mit allem, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. 1,5 Zimmer, herrliche Aussicht und freundliche Nachbarschaft warten auf Sie (ich behalte das kleine Zimmer für meine persönlichen Sachen, aber Sie haben die gesamte Wohnung für sich, da ich reisen werde. Die komplette Größe der Wohnung beträgt 42qm, ihre Wohnfläche wird ca. 38qm sein). Aus religiösen Gründen kann bei mir kein Schweinefleisch konsumiert werden. Die Öffentlichlen, Bibliothek, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, viele Parks, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar :-) Dies ist ein drogenfreier Ort und ein Muss für Pflanzenliebhaber. Die Kaution entspricht der Miete. Strom + WLAN sind inbegriffen. Eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts ist möglicherweise möglich, doch muss ich dies mit meinem Vermieter und mir abklären. Dies ist eine farbenfrohe Wohnung, dekorativ eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre zum genießen, entspannen und wohlfühlen. Die Nutzung des Balkons wird derzeit aus Sanierungsgründen nicht empfohlen. Sollte ich meine Reise aus äußerst wichtigen Gründen absagen müssen, bleibe ich in meinem kleinen Zimmer und wir teilen uns für diese Zeit die Wohnung oder du hast die Möglichkeit auszuziehen. Bei der WG-Teilung würde sich der Preis deutlich reduzieren. Auch wenn ich nicht da bin, stehe ich dir weiterhin für Fragen zur Verfügung. Außerdem wohnen meine Eltern als Ich wünsche dir eine tolle Zeit in deinem neuen Zuhause in Berlin!
