English: The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Pankow and is equipped with everything your heart desires. An open newly renovated fitted kitchen invites you to cook. New appliances, dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Then you can move on to the balcony. The sleeping room has a double bed for up to 2 people. There is also laundry room and bike room in the apartment building. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, as Pankow is very temperate district despite its central location. Also pleasant is the parking situation, as there is no residents parking in Pankow and therefore anyone can park for free without a parking permission. The connection to public transport is very good. In 10 minutes you reach the U-bahn and S-bahn station Pankow. The U2 needs 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and with S-bahn you can get to Friedrichstraße in 13 minutes. When requested our cleaner can continue to clean the apartment for you (15€/h). German: Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich im Herzen Pankows und ist ausgestattet mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt. Eine offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer lädt zum Kochen ein. Danach kann man auf den Balkon weiterziehen. Der Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Wäscherkammer im Keller. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und friedlich, da Pankow trotz seiner zentralen Lage sehr gemäßigt ist. Ebenfalls angenehm ist die Parksituation, da es in Pankow kein Bewohnerparken gibt und somit jeder ohne Parkausweis kostenlos parken kann. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die U-bahn und S-bahn Station Pankow. Mit der U2 ist man in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Mit der S-bahn ist die Friedrichstr. in 13 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf Wunsch kann unsere Reinigungskraft die Wohnung weiterhin für Sie reinigen (15€/h).
