The apartment The apartment is 57 square meters, faces north-east and gets a lot of mostly indirect light. Windows and balcony face a calm, quiet backyard, so not party-friendly, but great for a good night’s sleep. The apartment has a living room + kitchen area, a balcony, a bedroom, and hallway with a big closet. Isolation is great so in the winter it’s warm and in the summer not too hot. It also has floor heating and electric blinds. The bathroom is big with both a walk-in shower and a tub.
