English: I am renting out my 2.5 room flat at Stadtpark Steglitz from February for 2-10 months or possibly longer (depending on agreement and respective needs). The flat is furnished and will only be rented to one person. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The rent is 1300€/month including wifi.
