It's also super well connected by public transport, with an M41 bus stop right in front of the door and U7&U8 subway lines both within 5-7min walking distance. The flat itself is located on the top floor of a typical Berlin "Altbau" (="old building", which means high ceilings, antique wooden floors – and slightly uneven walls). It consists of a south facing living room with loads of sunlight all day long, a large bedroom towards the quiet backyard, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage space.
