Hello everyone, We are renting out our lovingly furnished apartment in Unterhaching, as we will be relocating abroad for a longer professional stay (approx. 12–24 months). For this period, we are looking for a reliable couple – families with children are very welcome – who will feel just as at home in our apartment as we do. Unfortunately, renting to shared flats (WGs) is not intended. The preferred start date is August 1, 2026, initially for 12 months, with the option to extend up to 24 months if it suits both parties. The exact rental period can be arranged flexibly by mutual agreement. Location: - Address: Schäftlarnstraße, Unterhaching (green and quite suburb of Munich) - The apartment is located in a well-maintained two-family house with very friendly neighbors - Its layout and features make it an ideal home for both couples and families - Neighborhood: Very quiet, family-friendly residential street with minimal traffic - Located right next to open fields Main Apartment (Ground Floor): - Approx. 100 m² of living space - 3 rooms - High-quality laminate flooring throughout, with underfloor heating - Spacious, bright living area with large glass front and direct access to the garden (perfect for summer) - Fully equipped fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.) - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 guest WC Outdoor Area: - Large terrace (approx. 30 m²) - Private garden with outdoor furniture, hammock, grill, sandbox (great for children), and a fenced play area Separate Basement Unit: - Spacious (30 m²), high-quality finished room - High-quality laminate flooring - Underfloor heating - Large windows with natural daylight - Private bathroom with shower and toilet - Internet connection - Currently used as a home office, home gym, and guest room Additional Features: - Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer - Parking space directly at the house, including a wallbox for electric vehicles Transport Connections: - S-Bahn station “Unterhaching” within approx. 7 minutes walking distance - Travel time to Munich city center: approx. 15–20 minutes - By car: approx. 15–25 minutes (depending on traffic and destination) Infrastructure: - Supermarkets and daily amenities (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, DM, pharmacy, bakery, DIY store, gas station, etc.) reachable within approx. 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes by bike - Several restaurants and cafés nearby - Multiple playgrounds and daycare centers in the immediate area Leisure: - Quick access to the mountains - Approx. 30 minutes to Tegernsee - Only a few minutes to Perlacher Forst (ideal for walks, sports, etc.) Additional Information: - Ongoing contracts (., electricity, hot water, internet) can easily be transferred to the tenants.
