English: We are renting our nice typical Prenzlauer Berg Altbau flat, fully furnished and thoroughly renovated last year with a brand new kitchen and bedroom. It is located in the courtyard part of the building so it is very quiet. All you have to do is bring your suitcase and feel like home. It is located at the crossing of Wichertstrasse and Dunckerstrasse, in a few minutes walking distance of all the nice areas of the neighborhood like Stargarder Straße, Helmholtzkiez, etc. With S+U Schönhauser Allee and S Prenzlauer Allee also very close by, you are perfectly connected. There are plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping options around, that we will be happy to recommend to you :-) German: Wir vermieten unsere typische Prenzlauer Berg Altbauwohnung, komplett möbliert und letztes Jahr mit einer brandneuen Küche und Schlafzimmer renoviert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist damit sehr ruhig. Sie müssen nur Ihr Koffer auspacken und können Sich Zuhause fühlen! Die Wohnung liegt auf der Wichertstrasse, Ecke Dunckerstrasse, sehr nah von den beliebten Ecken im Kiez, wie die Stargarder Straße, den Helhmholzkiez, usw. Der S+U Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee, sowie die S-Bahn Station Prenzlauer Allee sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Wohnung herum, die wir Ihnen gerne empfehlen können :-)
