English: The apartment lies in the heart of Mitte in a very central and quite street Christinenstrasse. The direct vicinity is characterized by picturesque 19th century Wilhelminian-era facades, lots of green, nice coffee shops, bars and small boutiques. Within 3-5 minutes you are at Rosenthaler Platz (U8) or Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) and within approx. 10mins at Hackescher Markt (S-Bahn) or Alexander Platz (almost any connection). There is also a beautiful secluded garden with dinner table and chairs in the courtyard. Especially in summer it is lovely to relax or to have breakfast outside. German: Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Mitte in der sehr zentral gelegenen, jedoch sehr ruhigen Christinenstrasse. Gründerzeitfassaden, reichlich Begrünung, nette Kaffees, Bars und kleine Läden zeichnen die unmittelbare Umgebung aus. In ca. 3-5 Minuten ist man entweder am Rosenthaler Platz (U8) oder am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2), in ca. 10 Minuten ist man am Hackeschen Markt (S-Bahn) oder am Alexander Platz (fast alle Verbindungen).
