English: The modern and comfortably furnished apartments is 70 qm big and located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Pempelfort district( in the heart of Düsseldorf). You will find everything for your daily needs like supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Despite the central location, my apartment is really quiet :) The apartment just finished the fully renovation in this April, eveything is new and tidy. Please know that the small room (with 1 sigle bed) have not windows, it is a dark room, both the big bedroom and living room have big windows face to the street. German: Diese moderne und gemuetliche eingerichteten Wohnung ist 70 m² groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Apartmentgebäudes im Stadtteil Pempelfort (im Herz von Düsseldorf). Sie finden alles für Ihren täglichen Bedarf wie Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz in der zentralen Lage ist meine Wohnung sehr ruhig :) Diese Wohnung wurde gerade im April komplett renoviert. Alles ist neu und ordentlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das kleine Zimmer (mit 1 Einzelbett) keine Fenster gibt. Es ist ein dunkles ZImmer. Sowohl das großes Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer haben große Fenster zur Straße.
