You don't have any parking problems here. All everyday necessities can be found within walking distance. There are good bus and transport connections. THE APARTMENT Especially the spacious living room is flooded with light through the large windows, it is tastefully furnished and has access to a large terrace with a sun awning. Both the large dining table and the HUGE COUCH invite you to sit comfortably together. The 4K Smart TV and the ELECTRIC FIREPLACE embellish the cozy evenings. The view from the large windows is wonderful because you are surrounded by beautiful greenery. HOME OFFICE: Next to the living room is a spacious office with a large desk and a comfortable office armchair. WiFi is everywhere in the apartment.
