Across the street there is a green area park "Alter Friedhof" and a supermarket, a few bakerys are around the corner. As this is downtown there are plenty bars and restaurants for example on Nerostrasse, only a 5 minutes walk away, 2 minutes by car. Options for food for delivering are great here.
