The apartment house is located south of Niedernhausen, in the west of the nature park Rhein-Taunus. Here it is located right next to the Rhein-Main-Theater at the edge of the forest and conveniently to the driveway of the A 3. The Frankfurt airport is just 20 minutes away by car, the Frankfurt city center about half an hour. Also with the S-Bahn it is only about 30 minutes from Niedernhausen to Frankfurt. To Wiesbaden is expected to take about 20 minutes.
