The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, and everything else you need to cook deliciously. In the living area you will find a dining area for up to 4 people as well as a cozy seating area with a sofa and smart TV. You can watch the usual TV programs on our 55 inch smart TV using the Zattoo app, but we also offer Netflix, Disney+ and RTL+. The desk in the living room offers you a comfortable place to work. The bathroom is equipped with a shower bathtub; A hairdryer is of course also available. There is a laundromat diagonally opposite. An unserem 50 Zoll Smart-TV kannst du die gängigen TV-Programme über die Zattoo-App anschauen, wir bieten dir aber zusätzlich noch Netflix, Disney+ und RTL+ an (inklusive). Einen angenehmen Platz zum Arbeiten bietet dir der Schreibtisch im Wohnraum. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Duschbadewanne ausgestattet; ein Föhn liegt selbstverständlich ebenfalls bereit. Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein Waschsalon. Die Straßenbahn-Haltestellen der Linie 2 sind direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso ein E-Scooter Parkplatz.
