1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 30m² in Berlin

This comfortable studio is located next to the vibrant Boxhagener Platz on the beloved street Simon-Dach Str. It's a neighbourhood very friendly for expats, full of cool restaurants, bars and local shops. The location is comfortable for any type of public transport: there are at least 3 metro stations nearby (less than 10 min walking), as well as bus and tram stops (2 min walking). The flat is cozy and has enough space for 1-2 people. There are 3 big windows facing the quiet yard, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bed area, and even a separate chamber with a washing machine. This flat has nice furniture and everything for an enjoyable stay of a few months. Super speedy and stable Wi-Fi (250 Mbps) makes this place a nice home office. Usually my tenants are falling in love with my flat (and try to come back next time they are in Berlin). There is no elevator in the building. It's the best option to get to know Berlin (as well as enjoy comfortably staying at home). Imagine listening to street musicians on Warschauer Str, exploring food places from all over the world at Ostkreuz, making photos of the stylish bridge Oberbaumbruecke, watching the famous East Side Gallery, walking along the river Spree, or swimming in the unique pool-on-a-river Badeschiff. If you are a party lover, then Berghain and a number of alternatives are waiting for you. Every Saturday you can visit the farm and street food market on Boxhagener Platz, every Sunday there are flee markets on Boxi or RAW area nearby.
