The apartment is located on the raised ground floor in Neukölln, close to Rathaus Neukölln. It’s very well connected, while still being slightly set back from the street, so it doesn’t feel too busy right outside. The flat has three rooms in total. One of the bedrooms will not be available during your stay, as we use it to store our personal belongings and clothes, so the rest of the apartment remains uncluttered and comfortable for you. You’ll have access to one bedroom with a large bed, as well as the living room with a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The living room features a cozy couch and a projector, making it a great spot for relaxed movie nights. It can also be used as a home office if needed. There is also a small balcony and a large shared garden in the backyard, which is perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a wide range of spices. If you enjoy cooking, especially Asian food, you’ll find all the basics there and are welcome to use everything. Supermarkets and everything you might need are just around the corner. In terms of transport, the U7 is within walking distance, and the S-Bahn stations Sonnenallee and Treptower Park are also nearby. The M43 bus stops right outside and runs throughout the night, so getting around the city is easy at any time. The neighborhood is lively but easy to live in. You’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, late-night shops and supermarkets nearby. Weserstraße, known for its bars and cafés, is just a short walk away, and Sonnenallee offers a wide range of great and affordable food, especially from various Arabic cuisines. Kreuzberg and the Maybachufer are also within easy reach.
