The price of 275 euros is per week and includes all utilities, internet, TV license, and electricity. I am subletting my apartment in a very central location from July 8, 2026, through August 18. The apartment is well-suited for a couple or a single person. It is located in a very central spot on Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. It’s a 5-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Restaurants, shopping, cafes, a movie theater, etc., are all nearby. The apartment is still on a quiet street and, as you can see in the photos, is furnished and bright.
