The apartment is situated only a 5 minute walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, making it perfect for any commute within Berlin and other German cities. BER Airport is only a 30 minute train or taxi ride away. Public transport connections are superb and Regierungsviertel is within walking distance. The two room apartment is fully furnished. It currently includes a kitchen/living room with dining area, e-piano, sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully furnished including appliances (food processor, toaster, Nespresso machine). The kitchen has access to a storage closet which includes a washer/dryer and all necessary cleaning supplies, as well as room for extra storage. The second room is a bedroom with a 160cm bed. It includes a large closet, desk with display and studio grade speakers, and balcony access. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, hair dryer. This newly built apartment includes concierge service including accepting and returning of packages as well as welcoming guests / apartment personell. Cleaning services are available upon request. Der Flughafen BER ist nur eine 30-minütige Zug- oder Taxifahrt entfernt. Das Regierungsviertel ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
