Hello, Due to my job, I will be traveling for the next few months. Therefore, I would like to sublet my beautiful, cozy two-room apartment. It has a separate bedroom, a living and working room, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, and also a large balcony. In my opinion, the apartment is suitable for one person, or a couple—two people who get along well… Unfortunately, it is not suitable for shared living (WG). Registration is not possible! It would be an ideal temporary solution for someone who is currently looking for an apartment or someone who is only in Stuttgart for a short time. A few more details: A daylight bathroom with a bathtub. The washing machine is in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. In the bedroom, there is a 1.60-meter-wide bed. Large balcony, close to the forest and the city center. The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need, including a height-adjustable desk. Therefore, it is also ideal for "home office" work. The location is great, central, very close to the city/Schwabstrasse with lots of bars, parks, restaurants and yet quiet in the countryside. You can get to the forest even quicker than to the nearest pub. There are various shopping opportunities, a REWE about 10 minutes away - as well as a small shop and very well-stocked drinks market right on the street. The Hölderlinplatz subway station is within walking distance (10 minutes), the bus stop is almost on the doorstep. The Schwabstrasse S-Bahn station is also not far away. The main train station is 10 minutes away by bus.
