We're subletting our – we think – beautiful apartment in Uhlenhorst for three months. The period is from November 19, 2025 for three months, possibly with an extension until the end of February 2026, the start date is flexible by a few days. The location is really lovely and practical: three minutes to the Alster, surrounded by small shops from wine bars to Brazilian, Asian and German restaurants, and one of the best bakeries in Hamburg almost directly across the street. The Alsterperle for sundowners is just a short walk away. A small Edeka is two minutes away, Rewe and Lidl are a ten-minute walk. The public transport connections are great: three minutes to the bus stop with three different lines, ten minutes to the subway and Stadträder bike sharing right around the corner. A somewhat older bicycle is included in the rent. The apartment is fully and comfortably furnished: the bedroom faces the quiet garden and can be completely darkened, plus there's a separate dressing room with a large wardrobe, vanity table and couch as well as a separate office with a fully equipped workspace. The living room has a large sofa and a dining table with four chairs. The balcony gets afternoon sun – perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. In the kitchen you'll find everything your heart desires – from an espresso machine to a Moccamaster and air fryer.
