Hello dear future tenants! I am renting a 2-room apartment in Münster-Uppenberg, right near the Kreuzviertel district and the York Center. The apartment was recently renovated in October 2025 and furnished with new furniture. You will receive a FREE initial supply of consumables (liquid soap in the bathroom and kitchen, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher cleaner, dishwasher salt, dishwasher rinse aid, Zewa wipes, sponges, glass cleaner, feather duster, scouring cream, toilet cleaner, toilet paper, etc.) ==> For cooking, you will have at least salt and pepper at your disposal, in addition to baking paper and cling film. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (like a vacation rental). It features a bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with drawers, a storage room, a bathroom with a shower, two balconies, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a Wi-Fi smart TV, a couch that converts to a double bed, a coffee table, and a sideboard. The desk is located in the transition area between the living room and the hallway. The apartment also has a basement storage room and an underground parking space. All windows are equipped with blinds and/or pleated shades, and the bedroom is opaque. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, four ceramic hobs, and a microwave. A shared washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used for a small fee. A supermarket is just around the corner, and the nearest bus stop is about 50 meters away. The rent is all-inclusive (Wi-Fi router, internet, electricity, heat, except for the GEZ license fee). All utilities are included. The apartment is available for a fixed-term lease of 6-12 months.
