Two light-flooded rooms with floorboards face each other at the end of the daylight corridor. The balcony room faces the quiet Kiezstraße and serves as a living room. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard. The newly tiled shower room leads off directly from here. A furnished eat-in kitchen completes the offer. The flat was occupied by ourselves until some time ago.The rooms are about the same size, currently they are furnished as a bedroom (with bed) and living room (with sofa and sofa bed). The bathroom is behind the bedroom, so the flat is NOT suitable for a shared flat... Das Schlafzimmer, ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Von hier geht direkt das neu geflieste Duschbad mit Fenster ab. Eine eingerichtete Wohnküche rundet das Angebot ab. DIe Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, z.Z. sind sie als Schlafzimmer (mit Bett) und Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch) eingerichtet. Das Bad befindet sich hinter dem Schlafzimmer, daher ist die Wohnung eher für Paare geeignete.
