Welcome to your refuge! In my spacious design flat you will find peace and relaxation after a hectic day at work in Frankfurt/Main. On 120 square metres, I have created a place for you where you can recharge your batteries and switch off - whether on a business trip or a private stay with your family. Facilities: The bright and comfortable flat has an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a garden with a covered terrace. The technical equipment (internet, smart TV, etc.) is above average. The highlights of the flat are: Elegant and fully equipped fitted kitchen with brand appliances from Miele, Bora and Siemens. Very large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. 1 en suite master bathroom with large bathtub and floor-level shower, 1 bathroom with floor-level shower. Both are equipped with high quality sustainable products and mobile bidet/shower. Privacy guaranteed: the garden is protected from view by hedge and wall. Living room and bedroom have curtains and external blinds. Private, enclosed garden for relaxing and dining. Excellent technical equipment: fibre optic internet (WLAN), workstation with surge protection, Smart TV with several streaming services (Netflix, AppleTV+, Disney+, Amazon Prime), Apple HomePod for music and assistance (English). Central location in Offenbach and excellent transport links to Frankfurt and Hanau (ICE train station). Parquet flooring, designer furniture, hypoallergenic leather couch, solid wood dining table, large wardrobes, lovely accessories and high-quality sleeping systems. Who is the flat suitable for: The flat is perfect for a project flat-share or families of up to 4 people. However, it is not designed for babies and toddlers. On request, one additional person can stay overnight on a mobile bed in the living room. Services:
I want you to feel at home with me. Washing machine and dryer as well as ironing board/iron are at your disposal. For long-term stays, I am happy to arrange a cleaner. If something is not available, just Location: The flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building built in 2018 in a spacious gated community with its own gardens and children's playgrounds in the protected courtyard in the northwest of Offenbach/Main. You live here centrally and yet safely, green and relaxed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. There are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We recommend SHIN, Soupreme, Anatolia and KibiOri. You can find more restaurants at the romantic Wilhelmsplatz (there are more than 10 great restaurants there). Various supermarkets for self-sufficiency (tegut, Rewe, Penny) as well as a dry cleaner and drugstores are within walking distance. You can reach Frankfurt city centre and the main railway station in just 10 to 15 minutes by S-Bahn, and Frankfurt airport in 20 minutes. If you are arriving by car, you can park it nearby in the free car park in Frankfurter Straße diagonally opposite the German Leather Museum. If this is occupied, you can park for a fee in the Parkgarage OffCityCenter or Mitte 160. For long-term stays, underground parking is also possible in the building (for a fee), just ask. With a population of around , the city of Offenbach is the fifth largest city in Hesse. It borders directly on Frankfurt am Main with its banks, international companies, sports and cultural highlights. The former industrial city in the heart of the Rhine-Main region has become a lively boomtown. The nearby banks of the Main invite you to go cycling, jogging and walking, and in Offenbach's city forest you will find beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the middle of nature. Notes on arrival/departure and house rules: I lived in the flat myself for 5 years, it was my first "own flat" that I bought. Please treat my "sweetheart" with care and the furnishings with care and respect. Please also be considerate of the neighbours. They are lovely, helpful people who do not want to be disturbed.
