The flat is 90 m2 and all rooms are separated with old Berlin charm. You find plenty of nice small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as public transport. The water canal (Landwerkanal) together with beautiful Wildenbruchpark are just 200 meters away and gives the location its peace and tranquility.
