Welcome to my home in the vibrant center of Berlin – an ideal base for a short-term stay of up to 4 months. I am a new mother and will be spending a few months away with my family, therefore I am happy to rent out my beautiful, fully furnished apartment from March to June. The apartment is located in one of the most desirable areas of Berlin, right on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. The location is exceptional: Mauerpark, Kastanienallee, Hackescher Markt, Rosenthaler Platz and Torstraße are all within walking distance. The area is lively yet residential, with excellent public transport connections, restaurants, cafés and bars. The apartment is situated on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator. Despite its central location, it is quiet, bright and peaceful. The entire apartment has been recently renovated using high-quality materials and furnished with great attention to detail. Layout & furnishing Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (suitable for two people), a wardrobe, a mirror, a cozy armchair and a charming antique-style desk with chair. Bed linen and towels are provided. Living room The living room is very bright and spacious and includes:  a sofa convertible into a small-double bed  a wardrobe  two desks that can be joined together to form a dining table for up to 8 people  a large bookcase filled with books  several indoor plants A display cabinet and a vintage cabinet are also available and will be completely emptied for the tenant’s use. Kitchen & bathroom The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and include a dishwasher, large refrigerator, washing machine and a spacious shower. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Services A professional cleaning service is included once every 7–10 days (frequency to be agreed).
