English: It's in a really nice and leafy neighborhood with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, and small design shops. Personally, it's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Berlin. The Hasenheide park is super close and the canal is also only 5 min walk away. There is a really big and lovely fresh fruit & veg market twice a week and is very nearby. Lots of supermarkets in the area and great public transport connections. The closest station is Hermannplatz on U7 and U8 lines. Weserstrasse with all its bars and little galleries is literally on the corner of this flat. The flat has a large living room and a large bedroom with a balcony and nice view of the front of the house. Super bright flat and gets lots of sunshine all day, especially in the afternoon! Wooden floors in the whole apartment and fully furnished with a kitchen installed. Comes with all basics, like bedding, cutlery/ pots/pans... The flat has 70 sqm and is perfect for a couple. German: Es ist in einer wirklich schönen und grünen Gegend mit vielen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Designgeschäften. Persönlich ist es eines meiner Lieblingsviertel in Berlin. Der Hasenheide Park ist ganz in der Nähe und der Kanal ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zweimal pro Woche einen wirklich großen und schönen Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse und ganz in der Nähe. Viele Supermärkte in der Umgebung und eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die nächstgelegene Station ist der Hermannplatz auf den Linien U7 und U8. Die Weserstraße mit all ihren Bars und kleinen Galerien befindet sich buchstäblich an der Ecke dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht vor dem Haus. Super helle Wohnung und bekommt den ganzen Tag viel Sonnenschein, besonders am Nachmittag! Holzböden in der gesamten Wohnung und voll möbliert mit einer Küche installiert. Kommt mit allen Grundlagen, wie Bettwäsche, Besteck / Töpfe / Pfannen .... Die Wohnung hat 70 qm und ist perfekt für ein Paar.
