Our apartment is located at Mediapark, between Agnesviertel and the Belgian Quarter, on the 6th and 7th floors. From here, you can enjoy views over the rooftops all the way to Cologne Cathedral while grilling on the balcony. The upper floor features a spacious living area with an open kitchen, dining area, sofa, and two balconies. A large play area can either remain as it is or be cleared out for a temporary rental. The lower floor includes a large home office with two workspaces, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower room, and—connected to it—a bedroom and a small children’s room with a floor bed. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. Depending on interest, we will either include the children’s room or the home office in the rental. Utilities are included in the rent.
