We are looking to sublet our beautiful, spacious, and bright maisonette apartment in Brühl for the winter on a temporary basis. As we will be abroad for work, the apartment will be fully available during this period. With approximately 124 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room to feel at home and comes fully furnished. We only recently moved in, so the apartment is freshly renovated and in excellent condition. The apartment spans two floors and features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, two modern showers with separate toilets, and a sunny balcony. An underground parking space can be made available if desired, although there is also free parking in the surrounding area. The location is ideal: The Giesler-Galerie shopping center with numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants is just around the corner. The Brühl Süd and Brühl Mitte train stations are about a five-minute walk away, and Brühl’s main station is reachable in around 15 minutes. Several bus lines stop right outside the building, ensuring excellent transport connections. Move-in and move-out dates can be adjusted flexibly by a few days. More photos to follow.
