The apartment includes three distinct rooms: - A bedroom with a king-size bed - A home office featuring a workstation and a day bed (convertible to a single bed) - A living room with direct access to a rooftop terrace The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the bathroom features both a shower & bathtub, plus in-unit washer & dryer. In addition to being fully furnished the apartment includes: - View of the city from our rooftop terrace - Washer - TV - High-speed Wifi - Dish washer - Shower and bathtub - Rooftop terrace with loungers, umbrella, table and chairs - Workstation in office - Floor fans (no AC) About the neighbourhood: Located in East Berlin, Lichtenberg offers a laid-back, residential atmosphere with a mix of local charm, culture, and history—ideal for those seeking a more authentic Berlin experience away from the tourist crowds. Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find a grocery store, and one block away, a local ice cream shop, café/bar, and a park —everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the neighborhood.
