The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-kept apartment building with only 8 parties. It would be nice if you work, do not smoke and value a quiet and pleasant neighborly atmosphere. The apartment has a quiet, sunny southern-facing balcony and a parking space, which can be rented as an option. A washing machine is also available in the cellar. The apartment is centrally located in the popular Düsseldorf district of Bilk. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors' surgeries, pharmacies and the Bilker Arcaden shopping center are just a few minutes' walk away.
