English: This apartment is a newly refurbished self contained apartment in the heart of lovely Schöneberg. It has a single room room with a king bed, a modern kitchenette and bright shower room. The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own parking which operates on a first come first serve basis. Clothes washing facilities are shared in the basement but you are able to dry you clothes in your apartment. We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent. Small pets and children allowed You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city. Weekly Cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
