We are subletting our lovingly furnished, fully equipped apartment in Neukölln for three months - from mid-July to mid-October 2025 - as we are traveling with our baby. Location The apartment is located in the popular Donaukiez in North Neukölln - quiet but central, with lots of cafés, restaurants and small stores around the corner. The Landwehr Canal, Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are within easy reach, as are the U7 and U8 subway lines. About the apartment * approx. 70 m², very bright & centrally located * 1 large bedroom with double bed & closet * Open kitchen-living room with dining area for 4 people * Cozy living room with large balcony * Daylight bathroom with bathtub * Bicycle parking space in the courtyard * Fully furnished & fully equipped - move in & feel at home Equipment included * Electrical appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, etc.) * Washing machine * Bed linen & towels * Internet (100 Mbit/s) * Electricity & utilities * Cleaner every 2 weeks (included) Rent Flat rate warm rent incl. all utilities, electricity, internet & cleaning: 1700€/month Deposit A deposit of €1700 is due at the start of the tenancy. It will of course be refunded in full upon proper return. Note Since we are not in Berlin during the entire period, we only ask for inquiries for the entire rental period (approx. 3 months).
