English: We are renting out our beautiful 105m2 apartment with 3 large rooms, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished*. The apartment: The spacious living room has a wall made of windows facing south with a view into the green trees of the old Pinakothek. Our favorite spot in morning to enjoy a coffee and look into nature. The balcony is accessible through window doors from the living room and the dining room & office. The balcony is our favorite spot to have a BBQ and to enjoy the last sun rays of the day with a glass of wine. We have even hosted dinners for four people there. The dining room features a large table with up to six chairs. The office desk faces a window wall towards the south - again with a view into green trees. The bedroom windows, bathrooms and north balcony face towards the backyard (*Furniture may vary from the photos). German: Wir vermieten unsere schöne 105m2 große Wohnung mit 3 großen Zimmern, 2 Balkonen, 2 Bädern und einer Küche. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert*. Die Wohnung: Das geräumige Wohnzimmer hat eine nach Süden ausgerichtete Fensterfront mit Blick in die grünen Bäume der alten Pinakothek. Unser Lieblingsplatz am Morgen, um einen Kaffee zu genießen und in die Natur zu schauen. Der Balkon ist durch Fenstertüren vom Wohnzimmer und dem Esszimmer & Büro aus zugänglich. Der Balkon ist unser Lieblingsplatz zum Grillen und um bei einem Glas Wein die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages zu genießen. Wir haben dort sogar Abendessen für vier Personen veranstaltet. Das Esszimmer verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit bis zu sechs Stühlen. Mein Schreibtisch steht an einer Fensterwand nach Süden – wieder mit Blick in grüne Bäume. Die Schlafzimmerfenster, Badezimmer und der Nordbalkon sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet (*Möblierung kann von den Fotos abweichen).
