The pictures aren't actual. The apartment is optimally cut for its 68m2, so that it appears through the room layout, much larger. The hallway is tiled throughout and leads to all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and toilet are separate, in addition there are two bedrooms, currently one with double bed and one with two single beds. The living room is very cozy with separate dining table/work table. It can be provided with pleasure another working table, in the bedrooms. The south-facing large balcony, invites to the occasional coffee or evening sip of wine. We can also imagine a WG if the conditions fit. Living on time, depending on the arrangement also possible, of course also longer term. We are happy to support young people or tenants in general, with various concerns as well as can. We wish ourselves an open friendly togetherness.
