It was newly built and just completed in Sept 2023. The modern unit is located on the fourth floor and can be reached by elevator. Apartment: A spacious Living room includes a fully equipped kitchen which is separated from the bedroom room with a wall. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, and washing machine. The dining table can be moved and also used as a wide home office desk. In the Bedroom, there is a cm bed with the best linen. The apartment has a big and nice balcony on the east side with two white chairs. The site is quiet and has a beautiful greenery view. You can have breakfast there and enjoy the sun at the same time. The apartment is equipped for comfortable living with everything you need (incl. kitchen utensils, bed linen, and towels). There is a fast WiFi connection, that will allow you to work from home if needed. The building has a common room for parking bicycles and strollers. Surroundings: You can enjoy nature in Tierpark, which is 100 meters from the apartment. There is a yearly pass for 57 euros for one of the biggest, cleanest, and safest place to be with the kids in Berlin. There are ALDI, Rewe, and Rossmann within a 5-minute walk.
