Vom Wohnzimmer aus besteht Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon, der als wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten vom Alltagsstress dient. Praktischerweise gibt es auch einen Keller. Hier ist genügend Stauraum zur Einlagerung von Gegenständen vorhanden. In der Wohnung steht eine Einbauküche inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Gasherd und -backofen etc. zur Verfügung. Zudem befindet sich eine Waschmaschine in der Küche, die ebenfalls genutzt werden kann.
