English: Feel at home in my cozy TREEHOUSE right next to the Kurpark. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground, a real highlight for young and old when the weather is bad! The apartments are very well equipped, . with WiFi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, babybed, Sonos speakers. Indoor playground: Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, Lego etc. Community garden with grill, ski room, bike garage, washing machine and dryer. Pets are welcome (book)! The 45m² 2 room apartment on the 1st floor is furnished with stylish furniture and you will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. A hallway with wardrobe and cupboard separates the bedroom from the heart of the apartment: the cozy living room is the kitchen, living/dining room and bedroom at the same time (if you are staying with more than 2 people). The kitchen is small but nice: espresso machine and filter machine (incl. coffee/espresso), stove and oven, large fridge with freezer compartments, electric milk frother, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. In addition to the dining table for a maximum of 4 people, you will also find a corner sofa (extendable sofa bed) and a swiveling smart TV (incl. Netflix account) as well as Sonos speakers for playing your favorite music, podcasts, YouTube etc.. The bed is a 180cm wide box spring bed (H3). In the bedroom there is also a fixed baby bed (120x60cm). Both the bedroom and the living room can be properly darkened with curtains and blinds. The bathroom is very small, but adequate, but you have to be prepared for four people. Here you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. indoor playground The play area as a common room is on the first floor and offers something for all ages: large TV with Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide & playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego... Other common areas: garden with grill and seating, ski room, bike garage, washer/dryer. Pets are welcome! Das 45m² große 2 Zimmer Wohnung im 1.OG ist mit stylischen Möbeln eingerichtet und Du findest hier eine Reihe an Extras, die die Standards normaler Ferienwohnungen weit übersteigen. Ein Flur mit Garderobe und Schrank trennt das Schlafzimmer vom Herz der Wohnung: Der gemütliche Wohnraum ist gleichzeitig Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer (solltet ihr mit mehr als 2 Personen übernachten). Die Küche ist klein aber fein: Espressomaschine- und Filtermaschine (inkl. Kaffee/Espresso), Herd und Backofen, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, elektrischer Milchaufschäumer, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem, was du zum Kochen brauchst. Neben dem Esstisch für maximal 4 Personen findet ihr hier auch ein Ecksofa (Schlafsofa ausziehbar) und einen schwenkbaren Smart-TV (inkl. Netflix Account) sowie Sonos-Lautsprecher zum Abspielen von Lieblingsmusik, Podcasts, YouTube etc.. Das Bett ist ein 180cm breites Boxspringbett (H3). Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch noch ein festes Babybett (120x60cm). Sowohl Schlaf und auch Wohnzimmer können ordentlich abgedunkelt werden über Vorhänge sowie Rollos. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend, zu viert muss man sich aber drauf einstellen. Hier findest du alles, was du brauchst: Einen Föhn, Handtücher, Duschgel und Haarshampoo. Indoorspielplatz Das Spieleland als Gemeinschaftsraum befindet sich auf dem ersten OG und bietet etwas für jedes Alter: Großer Fernseher mit Nintendo Switch, Kicker, Darts, kleine Kletterwand, Kinderrutsche & Spielhaus, Babyschaukel, diverses Spielzeug wie bspw. Lego... Weitere Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Garten mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten, Skiraum, Bikegarage, Waschmaschine/Trockner. Haustiere sind willkommen! (Müssen aber mit „gebucht“ werden)
