Enter the apartment through the staircase or take the old load elevator, which leads directly to the living room. You'll find 180 sqm (1,940 sft) full of original modern art, cosy lounging, representative dining and a custom made kitchen with a bar feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a huge American style fridge with an integrated ice maker. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If only one bedroom is needed, we can convert the second room into an office. The internet is powerful and reliable, no noise from the neighbors and the street is heard and all of the mayor lights are dimmable for a cosy atmosphere.
