The city centre can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes and by S-Bahn in 2 minutes. The fair is a 5-minute s-bahn ride away. A tram stop is right outside the door, an S-Bahn station is about 8-10 minutes walk away. Even by car you are in less than 10 minutes at the fair or the highway. Parking is free right in front of the apartment. You can reach the airport by S-Bahn in about 10 minutes without changing trains.
