Due to the central location to the city center, the area offers many shopping facilities, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and doctors. The residential area, in one of the oldest quarters in Oldenburg, is characterized by a pleasant owner and tenant image and can be described as pleasantly quiet despite the very central location.
