English: I am a wonderful apartment of 85 m2 right in the middle of Helmholtzkiez. There are a lot of restaurants and eating places around, a myriad of little shops, bakeries, studios. I am located at a cats jump from Helmholtzplatz with its famous playground - and lots of other fun kid activities all around (Mitmachmuseum, Planetarium, Kids Kiez Cafe, etc.). I am situated on the 3rd floor of the front building which is from the turn of the centuries reaching out onto Dunckerstraße. I have oiled wooden floor, high ceilings and old buildings fittings. To get to me, there is an elevator to the half etage. My door is extra secured so that you can feel safe. I comprise 3 rooms: a sleeping room for the parents, a kids room with a bunk bed, a foldable sofa and a multitude of childrens toys and games and finally a living/ dining room that leads into an open kitchen. The bath is very modern and has recently been renovated; there is a washing machine. A balcony opens onto Dunckerstraße and is flowered by beautiful gerbera. The kitchen is fully equipped. Actually I am very kids friendly and I love to host parents with children. Families just love me. There are a lot of kids in the house and actually there is a small private Kita in the backyard (you cannot hear them from the apartment). I am looking forward to you! Your Wonder-Flat German: Ich bin eine wunderschöne 85 m² große Wohnung mitten im Helmholtzkiez. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Cafés, unzählige kleine Läden, Bäckereien und Ateliers. Ich liege nur einen Katzensprung vom Helmholtzplatz mit seinem berühmten Spielplatz entfernt – und vielen weiteren tollen Freizeitangeboten für Kinder in der Umgebung (Mitmachmuseum, Planetarium, Kids Kiez Café usw.). Ich befinde mich im 3. Stock eines Gebäudes aus der Jahrhundertwende zur Dunckerstraße hin. Ich verfüge über geölte Holzböden, hohe Decken und charmante Altbau-Elemente. Sie erreichen mich bequem mit dem Aufzug bis zur Halbetage. Meine Tür ist extra gesichert, damit Sie sich safe fühlen können. Ich umfasse drei Räume: ein Schlafzimmer für die Eltern, ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett, Schlafcouch und vielen Spielsachen und Spielen sowie ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Zugang zu einer offenen Küche. Das Badezimmer ist modern und wurde kürzlich renoviert; eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Balkon mit wunderschönen Gerbera-Blumen öffnet sich zur Dunckerstraße. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ich bin sehr kinderfreundlich und freue mich immer über Eltern mit Kiddies. Familien lieben mich!
