English: I am currently renovating a 66m2 apartment within walking distance of the KADEWE, Tiergarten and Winterfeldmarkt: The address is Kurfürstenstrasse 126, the Schöneberg district. The underground station Nollendorfplatz is about 5 minutes walk away, the underground station Wittenbergplatz is 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is very high quality and modern furnished and with fully equipped, new kitchen with seating, dishwasher, stove, oven, washing machine, as well as completely new bathroom with floor-level shower, spacious living room and bedroom. Balcony and all windows face south and the courtyard - so the apartment on the 6th floor is flooded with sunlight throughout the day and quiet both day and night - despite its central location in the west of Berlin. I rent at a flat rate of 1,850 euros including internet and all additional costs. Please find attached the floor plan of the apartment. It shows that two people could also move in as a shared flat: In the living room there will be a high-quality sofa bed from Bolia, the bed in the bedroom will be 1.80 x 2.00 meters. It is Perfect for a Single, a couple, two adults as couple plus Child would work, too. Or a Shared flat for two adults. 3 Adults would mean a higher mobthly rate of 2100€. The renovation and furnishing will be finalized by the end of April, so there is nothing to stop you moving in from 15 May. Minimum term 1 month. However, current photos only show a building site.
