In the newly built house we rent our approx. 60 m² 3-room apartment on the 1st floor. The property is built in resort architecture and is located in the heart of Binz. It is only a few steps to the fine sandy beach. You can easily park your car up to 2.00m high in the underground car park. A lockable bicycle storage room is available in the house. Binz is the ideal starting point for beach hikes, bike tours and excursions across the entire island of Rügen. If you want to book additional services (. pets), these must be subsequently updated manually by the host. The price is currently EUR 90 per pet per month. Free WiFi is included in the price!
